Returns

CAST makes hand-crafted wines and we take great care in the production and shipping of all our products. Once delivered, our wines are generally not returnable. On the rare occasion that there is a quality issue with a wine, we will replace or refund the cost of any unsatisfactory bottle. We may occasionally ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle prior to issuing a refund.
