You will learn the history of sabrage, watch a live demo from our team, and then take the saber in your own hands to open a bottle in one perfect strike, cork flying and bubbles spilling into the sunlight.

What to expect
Your group will meet with a CAST host for a private sabering session. We walk you through how sabering works, give you pro tips, and make sure you're confident and comfortable before you make the cut. Then it's your turn.
You will saber a chilled bottle of CAST sparkling in front of your friends while we cheer you on. We pour, you toast, and yes, you absolutely can take photos and video. In fact, we encourage it.
After the saber, enjoy a celebratory tasting of the bottle you opened.
